About Tina

Eleven years ago I stayed at a little B&B in Fredericksburg on Orange Street and fell in love with the historical charm and energy of this little town. The German history of the town was especially appealling to me since I'm a first generation American on my German mother's side and spent several summers in Germany when I was a child. After searching the real estate market for a year I located a 1940s farmhouse in Fredericksburg which I purchased, restored, decorated and converted into a short term rental (B&B). Since I was living and selling real estate in Midland, TX, I enlisted the help of Absolute Charm Property Management to manage the property. It took a few years before I was able to move to Fredericksburg but I have been so happy living here. I really enjoy representinting out of town clients because I was in their shoes 10 years ago when I decided to move to Fredericksburg. Even though Fredericksburg is a small town, there is something for everyone here as far as the type of homes that are available for sale. There are also a variety of activities for all ages and a wealth of excellent local restaurants and coffee shops.

For buyers I believe in negotiating to ensure my buyers do not overpay for a home purchase and that they are comfortable with the mortgage payment. Likewise, for homeowners, I believe in aggressively marketing my sellers' property through social media campaigns, assisting with staging when needed, and conducting a thorough market analysis to help sellers get the most money for their property. I have worked as a realtor since 2015 but have been involved in my family's rental property business since I was a kid. I have also owned and operated rental property in Houston, and remodelled three homes before restoring the home in Fredericksburg.

I graduated from Texas Tech University with an M.A. in Political Science/International Relations and now reside in Fredericksburg. Prior to becoming a realtor I worked in international relations in corporate america and then for the US government. I also had a stint as a residential assessor for the city government in a different state. I speak conversational Spanish and German, enjoy traveling, competing in 5ks, flying, and taking care of my rescue animals. My goal is to welcome new families to Fredericksburg and provide the best possible service to my current and former clients.
