Dan, a native of the Pacific Northwest, has roots in Seattle, Spokane, and Boise, Idaho. His professional journey spans restaurant management and the real estate brokerage industry, where he has excelled in serving buyers, sellers, and new construction home builders as an associate broker and community sales manager. Dan's academic background includes studies at the University of Washington, where he remains a fervent supporter of the "Huskies."

In 1997, Dan, alongside his family settled in Georgetown, embarking on a successful partnership with new construction home builders such as Centex Homes, DR Horton, and Scott Felder Homes over the past two decades.
